This weekend my second cousin got married in Pella IA. we hadn't been there for a few years so we thought that we would take advantage of the opportunity to go. we stayed at the royal amsterdam hotel, pictured here and had a great time visiting great aunts and uncles and enjoying time with cousins. Katie was a beautiful bride, here are a few pictures of our weekend away.
If you are ever driving East through Des Moines, look up the little town of Pella and enjoy some Dutch treats and heritage!!!
